The exact Picture of how Lightning Hopkins would look to Me if I ever met Him in Person, and I did, and He was a Soulful sight-
He was doing an Album in Los Angeles. And I happened to be there and was invited to His Session. It's hard to say anything about Lightning Hopkins. As I had much rather sit, be quiet and listen to Him. I've dug him since I was 12, and met Him when I am 25. He can make Chills run over You when He Sings about "The California Mud Slide" or anything.

I've never written about anyone before but this is how it was that night- and is.
